How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We understand mistakes happen! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
